总体来说, 掉的太快并不是好事. 这说明肌肉也掉的多. 肌肉可比脂肪难增加多了.

肌肉掉多了会影响代谢, 如果后期反弹, 那就是脂肪增加, 代谢下降脂肪增加, 一次会比一次更难减.

op 能减这么快还是有毅力和方法的, 就是希望 op 少走弯路. 哈哈.
